- I was born in Southern Vermont in 1945, the son of a logger dad and a busy mom of 8 sons and 1 daughter. I married my highschool sweetheart, Oriana, an Argentina girl, 41 years ago this February. She continues to be the 'wind beneath my wings' and still takes my breath away. The 40-Horse Open SL"A" picture features my unrestored '29 Model "A" Ford which our daughter, Melissa, and son, Daven, learned to drive on in the early '80s. The old relic still runs amazingly well. I am a brand new blogger who doesn't yet know how to post. I will see if my 'tech guru' son-in-law, Raffy, can get me on course. Thanks for your patience.
